Our Mission

Put simply, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Of course, we recognize that everyone’s idea of “quality of life” is different, which is why it’s so important to us to make you an active part of your own care plan. We want you to be in the driver’s seat regardless of any limitations or challenges you’re facing.

Most of all, we believe aging isn’t just about staying healthy, safe and independent. It’s also about living well.

A More Meaningful Purpose in Our Community

Right at Home Boulder is a locally owned and operated home care company serving the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities. Owner Jason DiPietro is endlessly committed to providing the highest quality senior care services for his community.

Enjoying a thriving career, Jason felt a need to do something more, a need to help others and make a difference. He wanted to use his professional knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve others, to provide care like he personally received in his life.

Through health difficulties during his youth, Jason had to rely on others for care and help during multiple recoveries. "I appreciated so much all the patience, compassion, and connection the caregivers brought to my life. It was really difficult for me, but sometimes the smallest gesture by a caregiver made the most impact during those early-life challenges."

With boundless energy, Jason was now on a mission, looking at all the options available that would allow him to use his talents and skills to help others, making his day-to-day work purposeful. The search led him to Right at Home, which proved to be the perfect fit. Right at Home's mission statement is to "Improve the Quality of Life for Those We Serve." That statement said it all and the search was over. Jason now leads a team of caring, supportive professionals who deeply embrace the mission and smile ear-to-ear at the opportunity to be there for seniors and adults with disabilities in need of care.

"When you call Right at Home, our extraordinary team of professionals will sincerely listen to your needs and concerns. Together, we will develop a detailed care plan that provides the best possible service and experience. Our caregivers will be hand-picked to serve you with compassion and care. You can rest assured that our caregivers are thoroughly screened, well-trained, insured, and supervised. And while our caregivers work as our employees, I consider them part of my family."

Our Philanthropy

Globally, an estimated 70 million people with disabilities have no access to a wheelchair. Those who cannot walk must crawl or be carried to their destination. In collaboration with a network of like-minded partners, Free Wheelchair Mission has distributed more than 1 million wheelchairs to people with disabilities in 93 developing countries around the world, providing renewed dignity, independence and hope through the gift of mobility, at no cost to the recipient.

As an organization, Right at Home's work with Free Wheelchair Mission began in 2016 as the company looked for a partner that would help us further our mission of improving lives worldwide. To date, the Right at Home team's efforts have raised more than $400,000 that has funded over 5,000 wheelchairs, which were distributed through life-changing Vision Trips to Vietnam, Ecuador and Costa Rica.
