The Partners in Care Interdisciplinary Team will present on the following topics:

• Advance Directives
• Special needs of veterans
• Caregiver stress, compassion, fatigue prevention
• End of life care and symptom management
• Comfort measures, positioning, caregiver safety

This class is FREE to the community if you want to bring a caregiver you know. All attendees will receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a Fred Meyer Gift Card.
