Andy Mosman

Owner

Andy's journey in the health care field started out with being a caregiver for his own grandmother in her home. Ever since that time, he has been an avid supporter of seniors, and he is passionate about advocating for their care- especially those on hospice.

Andy attended the University of Oregon, where he majored in Human Physiology with honors- focusing on cardiopulmonary research. After graduation, he worked in biomedical research for several years. He also worked as a CNA II at various hospitals around Oregon. He started his journey with Right at Home as the General Manager for the Eugene branch, which his parents own and operate. He is happy to now live in Central Oregon, close to his family and the great outdoors.

In his spare time Andy likes to go hiking and backpacking, play video games, make music (he plays violin), fly fish, and go bigfoot hunting. He has a son and a wife that he loves spending time with.

Erika

Care Manager/Community Relations Manager

Erika has been with RAH since 2014. She has worked out in the field and in the office giving her knowledge of all aspects of in-home care. Erika is responsible for new client intakes, assessments, and monitoring visits. She is also our Community Relations Manager, working with many older adult related entities throughout Central Oregon and doing outreach.

Ginnis

Accounts Manager/Client Billing

Ginnis has worked for Right at Home Central Oregon since 2013. Her extensive background in bookkeeping and office management qualify her to deal with client billing, and accounts receivable. She is very detail oriented and efficient. Our clients love working with her!

Hannah

Scheduling Coordinator

Hannah started with RAH in 2022. She communicates with clients and caregivers, creating and changing schedules as needed. Her experience in caregiving, attention to detail, friendly personality, and compassion for our clients maker her an ideal scheduler. In her free time, Hannah enjoys camping, spending time with her family and her two rescue dogs.

Jess

Scheduling Coordinator

Jess started volunteering in ALFs in the Portland area at a young age, and continued through college. After years of working in office roles at U of W in Seattle, Jess also worked as a respite caregiver and provided support to families as their loved ones transitioned to hospice care. In 2021, Jess joined Right at Home as a caregiver and quickly rose to a position in the office, where they now oversee scheduling, recruiting, and caregiver retention. Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family and pets, volunteering at the Humane Society and local food banks, as well as camping and hiking.

Aidan Balbona

Registered Nurse

I have been an RN since 2021, after two years as a CNA, and 10 years in home care. I also work in home hospice and love the home health model, where folks can remain independent in their homes and in their community with outside assistance. Outside of work, I like to garden, read, travel, hike, and play with my dogs.
