Dr. Rob Winningham's Cognitive Program: Us it or Lose it!

This class will cover Dr. Winningham's theory on memory and aging. Attendees will learn ways to enhance the mental functioning of older adults and improve their quality of life.

This class is free to the community if you want to bring a caregiver you know. There will be a free raffle for all attendees.
