Alzheimer's Association: 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer's

On Sunday, October 13, 2024, Right at Home Central Oregon will be taking part in the Walk to End Alzheimer's at Riverbend Park. Our team, called the "Right at Homies" is looking for more participants to walk with us! This is an event to raise awareness about Alzheimer's and to raise funds for research. All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. We here at Right at Home are deeply invested in the care of each of our clients with Alzheimer's and dementia, and we know how hard it is for families and loved ones to have to go through this with them. We are committed to providing personalized care plans and experienced, dedicated and compassionate caregivers to each person in need. 

For the event, each registered participant will receive a Promise Garden flower. 

• Blue represents someone living with Alzheimer's or another dementia
• Purple is for those who have lost a someone to the disease.
• Yellow represents someone who is currently supporting or caring for a person living with Alzheimer's.
• Orange is for those who support the cause and the Association's vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
