Right at Home at Park Plaza
Right at Home is the exclusive provider of shared care services to residents at Park Plaza, a Jewish Senior Living Community, in Chicago. Shared Care aide service is currently available from 7am to 8:30 pm daily, but assistance for two or more consecutive hours is available through Right at Home 24 hours per day. A team of 5 nurses aides cover resident needs with as many as three on site simultaneously. Veterans Care Coordination™ assists veterans and surviving spouses in obtaining the Pension with Aid and Attendance benefit. They simplify the complex process, and can often help to get care started immediately.
