Residence (Skilled) Home Care

Tracy of Residence (Skilled) Home Care is incredibly passionate about helping her East Side clients find the OT, PT and wound care that their doctors have prescribed. This enables their clients to have confidence so that they can get out of the hospital and back on their feet.

She is always the first to support our quarterly "happy hours" where we thank our caregivers and local social workers for their professionalism and compassion.

Bridget Ritossa

Bridget is a fierce advocate for her vulnerable clients. A local “hands-on” Geriatric Care Manager and licensed social worker like Bridget is indispensable when your loved one is facing a bewildering array of health care decisions, details and appointments. She surrounds herself with equally passionate providers on the East Side of Cleveland that know how to best navigate our complex healthcare systems.

Shalom was proud to partner with Bridget when she spearheaded the regional Aging Life Care Associations Midwest Chapter conference here in Cleveland (September 2022). She is the President Elect 2023 of ALCA. Our national Right at Home franchise has also been the platinum sponsor of her professional organization for years because of the difference that she and her colleagues make every day in the lives of their clients.

Hospice of the Western Reserve

Kimberly has been an upbeat liaison for our community’s largest and oldest hospice, Hospice Of The Western Reserve. Did you know that HWR is a nonprofit and has a large foundation dedicated to supporting additional care for their clients beyond what is covered by Medicare? They also maintain the David Simpson Hospice House which is perched right above Lake Erie.

Shalom remembers that Kimmy and her father helped to support a series of classes that I organized on how to better support victims of trauma which were taught by Holocaust survivors at Shaarey Tikvah in Beachwood.

We are invested in achieving mutual care goals to provide a good care experience for the patient, appropriate follow-up with you, and lower health care costs overall.
