This interactive Care Conference will explore the intersection of acute health diagnosis and underlying complications that impact the vulnerability of unique populations. This interactive Care Conference will explore the intersection of acute health diagnosis and underlying complications that impact the vulnerability of unique populations. National and local experts will propose unique solutions to care that address unique populations’ health conditions (Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, HIV, aging and PTSD) that are often subjected to stigma and social injustices.
