Meet Right at Home Owners - Mark and Becky Leuer
Mark and Becky Leuer, the dedicated co-owners of Right at Home, embarked on their journey in the home care industry back in May 2008 when they opened the Glendale location. Their commitment to providing exceptional in-home care led them to expand their reach by acquiring an additional office in the East Valley in 2011. While Mark and Becky have been the driving force behind Right at Home, they made the decision to step away from day-to-day operations and pass the torch to their son, Jared, who has been working alongside them since 2016. Jared brings the same level of dedication and compassion to the role, ensuring that the family legacy of providing high-quality, personalized home care continues.
Why We Chose Home Care?
When Becky's father suffered a severe stroke in October 2007, the family's life was turned upside down. Becky took immediate action, leaving her job to assist her mother in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During her time there, she became deeply involved in her father's care, helping him with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Navigating the healthcare system for her father was another eye-opening experience. Becky coordinated and attended multiple doctor appointments, managed medication schedules, and liaised with healthcare providers. She quickly realized the complexities of senior healthcare coordination and the importance of having a reliable support system in place.
The experience was a crash course in the daily challenges that many families face when caring for an aging loved one. It also highlighted the critical role that a caregiver can play in providing specialized care and companionship.

Jared Leuer
Operations Manager
Jared Leuer is a passionate and driven entrepreneur who joined Right at Home in December 2016. Right at Home has been owned by his parents since May of 2008, and he has grown up with a deep appreciation for the importance of quality in home care services. Jared's passion for helping people stems from this upbringing, and it led him to the family business upon graduating from college.
He graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff with a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Jared's love for helping people has continued to grow throughout his career, and he is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his clients.
When he is not working, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to music and audio books, and relaxing at home. He is a proud father of two daughters, Aspen and Sage.
With his education and experience, Jared is a valuable asset to the Right at Home team. He is committed to providing the highest level of care and support to his clients, and his dedication to excellence is evident in everything he does.
His proudest career achievement is being nationally ranking in the top 100 agencies by Home Care Pulse in 2022 & 2023.
Margie
Client Care Manager
Margie is a transfer from Right at Home in Prescott. After nearly 4 years at the Prescott office, she decided to move to Tempe to be closer to family. Margie has been in the medical field for 24 years and worked as a CNA for many years in the nursing homes. Margie became involved with “in home care” after taking a second job as a caregiver. She enjoyed the position so much that she decided to pursue it full-time. Margie became certified through the VA system to work with Veterans and then certified herself with the state of Arizona to teach proper techniques involving clients in wheelchairs. Margie has dedicated half her life working with the sick and elderly and happy to be able to pursue her qualifications with Right at Home in Mesa, Az.
Joanna Murcia
Administrative Assistant
During her spare time, she likes to hike, climb mountains, and spend time with her family. Also, she loves to travel and explore the world, learn from different cultures, make new friends, and try different kinds of food.
Jeisson Amorocho

My name is Jeisson, I’m Financial Engineer and Foreign Languages from the FIU – Florida International University: Reason why I speak English, Italian & fluent Spanish. Born in Bogota, Colombia I moved, raised and lived a long time between Miami and New York. I’m an enthusiastic traveler, musician who plays Guitar & Bass as a hobby and highly-dynamic sport practice guy, however: The most important thing in my life is my development as a professional worker oriented to the small details and conquest of all the goals and results. I’ve been working for big companies such Hewlett Packard, Panasonic INC, Banks/Insurance & Health companies in the U.S., always doing the best of my knowledge to be successful and growth in the company.
Currently working happily as a Recruiter for Right at Home – Arizona: Trying to find the most talented, emphatic, and responsible caregivers in our area to bring a high experience and services for our clients. I’m a family caregiver as well so I love to work with elderly lovely people in the most important stage of their lives: The time when they deserve to be in peace & enjoying with the most lovely people around them: That's my reward!
