Barimore S. Maring
Owner
Mr. Maring is a longtime entrepreneur with management experience in several diverse industries. He graduated Cum Laude from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN with a BA in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Spanish. Barry developed his financial skills as an auditor with KPMG in Minneapolis, MN and he passed the CPA exam the fall after graduation. Subsequently, Barry joined the North Dakota Department of Banking as a Bank Examiner. Barry began following his entrepreneurial spirit early in his career when he developed a quick-serve Italian restaurant and purchased and developed various restaurants. He is now with Sonmar Management and Right at Home in Fargo, ND.
Married 29 years to Elizabeth with a 24 year old son, Jack and a 22 year old daughter, Brooke. He enjoys golfing and relaxing at the lake in his free time.
"I am now at a point in my entrepreneurial career where I am looking for something completely different to developing physical buildings or restaurants; however, I want to continue with the personal “customer” care experience by way of helping seniors and others in home health care. I’m a big follower of authors Zig Ziggler and John C. Maxwell who preach servant leadership which states that the more you help others achieve their goals, the more successful you will become. Therefore, I look at home health care as a perfect way to be a servant leader by helping others first."

Care Coordinator/Inside Sales
Sarah graduated from The University of Phoenix in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in human services. She spent 5 years as a Manager of a nursing department in an assisted living home. After having her second child she decided to stay at home. When returning to the work force she took a job as a Case Manager working with people who have mental health and intellectual disabilities. Upon moving to Fargo, ND Sarah decided to continue her employment in the human services field. Sarah has been married to her husband, Derrick, for 14 years with whom she shares three children with. Sarah enjoys quality family time, traveling, spending time at the lake, and playing an array of games.
Mary
Accounting Assistant
Mary has worked for Sonmar Management and now Right at Home for 10 years. She was born and raised in Milnor, ND. After graduation, she attended college for one year. Mary has lived and worked in several places over the years, but she always missed North Dakota. She and her husband Rick of 34 years moved back in 1990 and have been here ever since. In her spare time, Mary enjoys movies, reading, and crossword puzzles.
DeAnn S
LPN
DeAnn graduated from NDSCS with her associated degree in practical nursing in 2000. She has worked in many areas in the nursing field. DeAnn has been married to her husband Mike for 32 years and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. When she is not at work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
