Our People

Here at Right at Home, we're dedicated to being much more than a franchise company. We are the navigator of what comes next for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for those we serve.  That means it's always about the people we serve, and our dedicated local owners and their professional teams work tirelessly to care for clients. Though we make sure our franchises live and breathe our mission every day, we recognize that it starts with our corporate team.

These are the people who work behind the scenes to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of inhome care.

Nagrom Ventures, LLC was created for our children. Nagrom, Morgan spelled backwards, came from the creative young minds of the Morgan children. Growing up in Delaware, Ohio, they had a large backyard with plenty of trees to climb. They found the perfect spot to build a treehouse. Brent helped the kids make their treehouse dreams come true. The kids then found a piece of scrap wood that they very carefully painted the words Fort Nagrom and hung it proudly from the treehouse.

Many joy filled hours were spent in Fort Nagrom. After 12 years of heavy use, in the summer of 2022, Fort Nagrom was deemed unsafe and had to be taken down. All of the kids, most of them now in their late teens or early 20s, often speak of their Nagrom adventures. In January of 2023 when creating this new company, we knew exactly what the name needed to be, Nagrom Ventures, LLC. Triston, Kaden, Hallee, Sadee, and Hunter are our reason! We hope Nagrom Ventures, LLC dba Right at Home Queen Creek can help you and your family create memories and adventures that will last a lifetime!

Brent Morgan

Owner

Brent was born and raised in Idaho and Utah and spent his summers in Sedona, Arizona where he and his cousin established his first small business as window washers. Brent met Andrea at the age of 16 in Fruit Heights, UT where they became best friends and played basketball every day after school. After graduating from Davis High School, Brent served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Concepcion, Chile and remains fluent in the Spanish language today. Shortly after returning from his mission, Brent and Andrea were married and moved to Columbus, Ohio where Brent attended The Ohio State University to get his undergraduate degree and would go on to get his MBA. Brent began his career working for several large companies and quickly discovered that he preferred the small business feel over the corporate world.

Brent has over two decades of senior-level experience in the consumer package goods industry and health care consulting. His most recent work has been in the senior home care industry with Right at Home where he served as General Manager. Brent quickly discovered his passion and knew that working for Right at Home was his calling in life. It reminded him of the service and love he felt while serving his mission. He often describes it as a sacred work. Brent is now using all his education, talent and learned skills in his new role as Owner & Operator of Right at Home Queen Creek.  He loves sitting down and listening to the stories of his clients and their life’s work. He also loves his wife of 23 years, his five (5) children and a few hundred pet fish.

Andrea Morgan

Owner

Andrea grew up in several states in the west but her favorite place to live was in Springfield, Oregon where they lived in the Cascade Mountains and she could climb trees, get dirty and explore all day like any proper tomboy. Andrea moved to Utah and met her husband Brent when she was 13 and they quickly became friends on and off the basketball court. Andrea moved to Ohio at the age of 15 and graduated from Dublin Coffman High School. She married Brent in 2000 and began her true calling in life when her first son was born in March of 2001. Andrea’s first and favorite full-time job is being a mom to her five (5) children (Triston, Kaden, Hallee, Sadee, and Hunter). She also has worked part-time as an executive assistant in the health care industry for nine years, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for six years and then started her own cleaning company that began to really grow after COVID and became more than a part-time job. In her free moments, Andrea loves to run and will play any competitive sport!

Andrea’s true understanding for caregiving began after the birth of her second son, Kaden, who was born with several birth defects. She quickly had to assume the role of mother and caregiver and felt like the Children’s Hospital was her second home between visits, stays, tests, and appointments. It wasn’t until Kaden was eight that Andrea learned that there was help available so that she could just play the role of mom. Andrea realized how important caregivers can be for those that need help and especially their family members. She understands the stress that family members feel as well and looks to relieve their worries. She loves being able to give back to the community by connecting with those she can serve.

Diana Hawkins

Care Coordinator

Diana was born and raised in El Paso, TX. After graduating from high school, she joined the Navy, where she served as a hospital corpsman and Radiation Health Technician. During her service, she met her husband, and they have been happily married for 26 years. Diana started her family while living in upstate New York and has since moved them cross-country twice. Eventually, the weather and culture drew her and her family to Arizona, where they plan to make their permanent home.

Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from The New School University of Urban Management. Her time stationed in upstate New York fostered a deep appreciation for military veterans. Conversations with them, whether brief or long, became the highlight of her day. She also had the honor of serving on the detail that performed Military Funeral Honors (MFH).

Through witnessing the challenges faced by loved ones as they age or experience medical setbacks, Diana developed a strong belief in the necessity of services that enhance their quality of life—services that Right at Home proudly provides. Diana and her team are committed to being there for loved ones in any capacity needed, ensuring they enjoy the quality of life they deserve.
