Her warm voice and attentive demeanor have undoubtedly made your interactions with us smooth and pleasant, but we wanted to take a moment to give her a proper introduction and share more about the incredible work she does.
Diana plays a vital role in keeping our office running like a well-oiled machine. Her responsibilities are vast and crucial, touching on every aspect of our operations. One of Diana's primary duties is recruiting new team members. She carefully selects and onboards caregivers who share our commitment to providing Caring Professional, and Reliable service. Her keen eye for talent ensures that our clients receive the best possible support from a team of skilled and caring professionals.
Beyond recruitment, Diana is also the mastermind behind our scheduling. She ensures that each caregiver is matched with the right client at the right time, considering both the caregivers' strengths and the clients' unique needs. This intricate balancing act requires not just organizational skills, but also a deep understanding of the people we serve and those who serve them.
But that's not all. Diana is also your go-to person for any questions or concerns you might have. Whether it's a phone call, an email, or a text message, Diana ensures that every communication is promptly and thoughtfully addressed. A Journey Rooted in Service and Compassion
Diana’s journey to becoming our Care Coordinator is one filled with service, dedication, and a deep commitment to others. Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Diana joined the Navy after graduating from high school, where she served as a hospital corpsman and Radiation Health Technician. It was during her service that she met her husband, and together they have been happily married for 26 years. Diana’s time in the Navy not only shaped her professionally but also personally, as she started her family while stationed in upstate New York.
Throughout her life, Diana has moved her family cross-country twice, but it was the weather and culture of Arizona that ultimately drew her and her family to settle here, where they plan to make their permanent home. Diana's educational journey took her to The New School University of Urban Management, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Diana’s military service fostered a deep appreciation for military veterans, and her interactions with them became the highlight of her day. She also had the honor of serving on the detail that performed Military Funeral Honors (MFH), a role that deepened her commitment to service.

Diana’s experiences have given her a profound understanding of the challenges faced by loved ones as they age or experience medical setbacks.
