Jeff Welsh

President/Owner

Jeff Welsh was born in London, Ontario Canada, and raised in Oakland County, Michigan. He studied social work and business and received his B.S in Personnel Administration from Michigan State University in 1979. In 1992, he earned an M.B.A at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Jeff started JRW Services, Inc. and opened Right at Home TriMetro in early 2007. He operates the business with the help of seasoned staff members from offices in Bloomfield Hills.

Mindy Rubio

Agency Administrator

Mindy has worked with Right at Home since January 2017. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2000 and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Prior to joining Right at Home as the Agency Administrator Mindy worked as a Program Manager for an Adult Day Service providing care for older adults with dementia for 12 years.

When not at work Mindy enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young children.

Stephanie Rugenstein

Community Liason

As a Community Liaison, I wear many hats on a day-to-day basis. In the field, I am responsible for marketing, networking, and meeting with families and clients one on one to create a care plan unique to our clients to ensure they are getting their needs met that align with their goals. I have been in the industry for 8 years with various roles. I love how intimate home care can be and honored to be welcomed in our clients’ homes.

Estefanía Barragán

Hiring Manager

I have been a recruiter for over a year now and really enjoy what I do. Being creative, posting new opportunities pre-screening candidates, and interviewing qualified individuals is very rewarding. I enjoy helping people succeed at what they enjoy doing. In my previous company, I was a therapist for people with chemical and behavioral addictions. I also was a recruiter for a company in New Baltimore. In my free time, I enjoy watching True Crime documentaries and spending time with friends and family.

Justin Will

Quality Assurance

My main responsibility is to keep open lines of communication with families, clients, and caregivers. I handle any questions or concerns and make quarterly visits to our clients’ homes to provide support and make any changes to the plan of care. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years in a variety of roles. I love spending time with my two boys and wife. I am a huge College Football fan, Go Blue!

Andy Cordoba

Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant, I am responsible for administering our app and providing comprehensive support to the team. My role encompasses adding new features and content to the app, organizing meetings, collaborating on flyer and advertisement design and ensuring records and files are meticulously maintained. Additionally, I manage various tasks that arise. I am dedicated to supporting our team, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our agency. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports and video games, learning new things, and watching history documentaries.

Ruby Velez

Assistant Agency manager

As the Assistant Agency Manager, I assist in the daily operations of the agency. I also manage new inquiries that are looking for home care services. We understand that looking for the best care can be overwhelming, so I enjoy being a journey counselor for those who don't know what the next steps are in trying to find the perfect match for them in home care. Handling each inquiry as if they were family, is my goal. I also enjoy building our relationship with our clients and caregivers. I have worked in the medical and senior fields for over 8 years. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, mentoring young adults, and young married couples, playing pickleball and spending time with my friends and family.

Scheduling Coordinator

In my role as scheduler, I facilitate client support by matching them with caregivers who meet their needs. I serve as the liaison between clients and caregivers, managing schedule changes and covering open shifts to ensure clients receive the necessary care. In my prior position, I worked as a psychologist, coordinating projects and resources to achieve objectives. Outside of work, I enjoy writing novels, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I provide exceptional service to both caregivers and clients, understanding the importance of meeting their needs. I take pride in helping people from a human perspective, always striving to find the best solutions. In my free time, I cherish moments with my family. Thrilled to be part of this amazing team!
