Our speaker has a unique perspective as she previously developed a successful visiting physician group with the average patient age of 90. Their physicians were on staff at hospitals and rehabilitation centers, they visited patients at private homes and senior communities.
You will leave with an insight into common miscommunications that occur when a senior is admitted to the hospital, and when discharged. You will be armed with information and understanding of how Physicians treat their patients and what you can do to help them keep your residents safe and healthy.
YOU WILL ALSO BE GIVEN THE TOOLS TO IMPLEMENT YOUR VERY OWN FALL PREVENTION PROGRAM!
When working together and combining all aspects of health care we create a safe environment for our seniors. The result for them will be improved quality of life and fewer hospital visits.
