Right at Home in Whitehall earns 2023 Top Workplace Award of Lehigh Valley
The Right at Home Lehigh Berks in Whitehall team dressed up to go out to celebrate the great culture that they foster in their workplace. They were selected as one of the Top Workplaces of Lehigh Valley by Morning Call during an awards ceremony at Steelstacks in Bethlehem.
"Being awarded top workplaces 3 out of the past 4 years really validates our Culture Statement, Ben Aydin, President and owner of Right at Home stated. "It indicates that we have created a workplace where it’s easy for our caregivers to work, with some benefits and flexibility which differentiates Right at Home from other employers. We believe it also validates the fact that our team feels appreciated for what they do on a daily basis supporting our clients."
"Most importantly, always being willing to help our caregiving staff in trying times. If they need time off for a personal matter, or if their car breaks down giving them a ride or helping them change a tire, or even giving our caregivers a loaner car when their car is in the shop. We go above and beyond to help our caregivers and we believe the appreciate that."
At the event was our office staff- Ben Aydin, President, Maura Silva, HR Manager, Tabitha Harlacher, Operations Manager, and Chelsey Fogel, Scheduler. We also invited 6 of our veteran caregivers- Sue Wiggins (6+ years), Colleen Sheehan (6+ years), Leann Becker (4+years), Carlie Kroboth (3+years), Michael Kichline (2+years) who attended the event.
