Right at Home is proud to announce that Sherry Duford is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for May 2024.

Sherry started working with Right at Home in March of 2021. Over the past 3 years, Sherry has been a dedicated caregiver providing high quality care to all her clients. Sherry is a team-player and has helped with live-ins and helps backfill shifts on short notice. She also communicates effectively with the office regarding changes in condition with clients.

In the month of May, Sherry has worked 26 out 31 days in the month and was on time to all her shifts.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Nirupa Shah is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for April 2024!

Nirupa began working with Right at Home in June 2017. Nirupa is a loyal and reliable caregiver, and we know she will always show up to all her shifts and provide the best care to our clients. She consistently works over 40 hours and backfills with little or no notice. Nirupa is also very adaptable as she is always willing to accept shift adjustments and changes with little or no notice at all.

In the month of April Nirupa worked 25 out of 30 days. She worked every weekend and made it on time to all her shifts.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Leann Becker is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for July 2023!

Leann is a veteran caregiver and has been working with Right at Home since December 2018. Leann is very well versed in all aspects of the job, which allows her to help any client no matter what their needs are. Leann is extremely flexible with scheduling and always helps us backfill shifts on short notice. Over the past 5 years Leann has been able to build a relationship with each client she has worked with and always makes a great first impression as many clients ask for Leann to return to care for them.

In the month of August Leann worked 23 out of 31 days. She worked every weekend and was on time to all her shifts.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Aria Vargas is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for June 2023!

Aria has been working with Right at Home since September 2022. Aria began working with us with minimal experience and in the past 8 months she has been able to pick up all the skills she needs to be able to assist any client no matter their needs. Aria has been able to make a great first impression on clients as many have asked to have her return as a regular caregiver. Aria’s compassion and attentiveness have helped her provide high quality care to our clients.

In the month of June Aria worked 25 out of 30 days. She worked every weekend and was on time to all her shifts.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Jazmin Garcia-Ortega is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for April 2023!

Jazmin started working at Right at Home in March 2022. Jazmin is very skilled in all levels of care and always provides our clients with the best care. Clients constantly compliment Jazmin on her quality of care and ability to handle all types of situations. Multiple clients even requested to have Jazmin return as their regular caregiver. Jazmin truly cares about her clients’ health and always makes sure to report any change in conditions.

In the month of April Jazmin worked 21 out of 30 days in the month. She made it on time to all her shifts and helped up backfill shifts on short notice.

Fanae started working at Right at Home January 2022. Throughout the year Fanea has worked with many clients and always provide high quality care to all clients. Fanae is a reliable employee as she helps us backfill shifts on short notice. Fanae is a kind and compassionate caregiver that truly cares for her client’s well-being. Fanae has experience with all levels of home care and was able to care for a client that had severe dementia as well as caring for a couple which requires a high skill level.

In the month of March Fanae worked 25 out of 31 days in the month. She worked every weekend and was on time to all her shifts.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Louanne Wilfinger is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for February 2023.

Louanne started working at Right at Home June of 2018. Over the past 5 years, Louanne has been a dedicated caregiver providing high quality care to all of her clients. 

Louanne has taken care of her client for several years, with compassion and going the extra mile to help out in emergencies so she doesn’t go without care. Her client needs full supports with activities of daily living and Louanne has always made sure she doesn’t go without help. In the month of February, Louanne worked 14 out of 28 days in the month. She worked every weekend, was on time to all her shifts and helped backfill a shift on short notice.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Majosefina Cunningham is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for December 2022.

Majosefina started working at Right at Home in July of 2020. Majosefina has worked with many clients who appreciate her compassionate and caring nature. She has a wide range of experience and a true passion for the caregiving.

In the month of December Majosefina worked every weekend in Decemeber. She is punctual and reliable by always providing the support needed for her clients.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Donna Lardani is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month award for November 2022. 

Donna started working at Right at Home in August of 2017. Donna has worked with many clients who appreciate her compassionate and caring nature. She has a wide range of experience and a true passion for caregiving. 

In the month of November Donna worked 25 out of 30 days in November. Donna also worked every weekend in November. Donna is punctual and reliable by always providing the support needed for her clients.

Congratulations to Carmen De Jesus Pomales for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of October 2022!

Carmen began working at Right at Home in June of 2022! In just 6 months she has become a dedicated caregiver. Clients have complimented Carmen on her level of care, attention to detail, and ability to go above and beyond.

Carmen is a full-time caregiver. She works almost every day including weekends and rarely calls off. She is always on time and is excellent at communicating with the office. She worked 27 out of 31 days in October.

We are thrilled to announce that Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for September 2022, is Beatrice Lugo! Bea is a trained CNA who has been with us for almost a year now.

During this period, Bea worked 26 out of 30 days. She worked every single weekend, had no callouts, was on time for all scheduled shifts, and completed all care logs. The feedback we have received from her clients has been exceptional. Her care, compassion, and pleasant manner are frequently lauded by those she cares for, as well as their families.

Furthermore, Bea has sought out continuous training and advancement, becoming skillful in the use of the Hoyer Lift, as well as the Sit-to-Stand machine, to facilitate full-spectrum ADL support, for clients with more technical transfer needs.

Lastly, Bea exhibits a sincere compassion, and takes an authentic interest in every client entrusted to her care. Her communication with our leadership team is outstanding… Bea always answers her phone, or promptly returns calls and texts. In short, we can count on Bea!

Congratulations to Catherine Francis for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of August 2022!

Catherine has been working with Right at Home since June 2020 as a live in caregiver. Since her hire with Right at Home, she has been dedicated to work with a couple with dementia for over 1.5 year straight without taking a break. Catherine resides at her clients’ house in the Lehigh Valley and is responsible for managing the household, personal care, bathing, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and more….

Catherine is appreciated by her clients and family members for her quality of care, compassion, skills, and generosity. They are “delighted with Catherine, her kindness, lightness of spirit, organizational skills and top-notch quality of care”. They feel at ease seeing her caring for their one parent/grandparent now. She is a “part of the family”.

Catherine goes out of her way on a daily basis (day or night) to service her clients, making sure they get the best care possible and meet the needs of the care plan.

Ivelisse understands the value of attentiveness, takes pride in the care services she provides and has great respect for this work to ensure all clients’ needs are met while in the comfort of their home.

Ivelisse usually works 7 days a week, picks up last minute shifts to help clients that need services, always is willing to help and promptly gets back to schedulers.

Congratulations Thelma Harris for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of June 2022!

Thelma has been employed with Right at Home since August ’21. She is coming up on her 1st year anniversary with Right at Home! Thelma has been a wonderful addition to our caregivers’ team caring for clients with loyalty and 5star service. She has worked every weekend shift and had no call outs. Thelma covers 24/7 cases and when needed she stayed and completed doubles or covered last minute open shifts. She is truly a team player who communicates with the office staff very well, always responsive with phone calls and willing to go above and beyond.

Her and warm and gentle personality along with her commitment to Right at Home has been outstanding.

Faustina began working with Right at Home in February of this year, and although she has only been with Right at Home for five months, she has displayed dedication to her clients and high quality of care.

Faustina has consistently worked 40 hours a week since her hire and has had a consistent attendance record. She works every weekend and has had NO call outs in May. She is a team player and communicates well with the office staff, always picks up her phone and is willing to do a live in case in an emergency and backfill last minute open shifts.

Her clients enjoy her company, making the time she spends with them memorable, and her quality of care is consistent.

Right at Home is proud to announce that Lynne Fedon is the recipient of the Caregiver of the Month Award for April 2022!

Since Lynne started working with our Right at Home team, she has made a huge impact on the lives of her clients. She is always willing to help her clients when they need her. Every client she has worked with so far has commented on what an empathetic and attentive caregiver she is and how they are blessed to have her. She has been a home health aide for years and has the experience and knowledge to work with anyone needing in home care and understanding of the care they need. We at Right at Home would like to thank Lynne for all the hard work she has put forth during her employment with us. It does not go unnoticed.

Lynne has backfilled shifts on many occasions with little or no notice ensuring client care. 

Lynne has been with Right at Home since October 2019.  She had perfect attendance for the month of April ’22 and worked 29 out of 30 days with 2-3 clients per day. She is always willing to work on the weekends which assists making sure her clients receive service. She is very responsive and communicates with the office very well. She responds quickly to phone inquiries and returns calls promptly.

Congratulations to Olga Marrero for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of March 2022!

Olga began working with Right at Home in the early January of this year as a caregiver, and although she has only been with Right at Home for few months, she has displayed dedication to her clients and high quality of care. She was referred to us by one of our long-time employee, Dawn.

Olga has consistently worked 40+ hours a week since her hire date. She works every weekend and has had a perfect attendance record for 3 straight months. She worked 27 out of 31 days in March.

Her clients enjoy her company as she makes the time she spends with them memorable and her quality of care is consistent. Presently, Olga attends and handles the most challenging dementia client.

Olga is a caring, compassionate, and a reliable caregiver. She treats her clients as if they were her family. Thank you, Olga, for your loyal dedication to your clients. Right at Home greatly appreciates you and your ability to perform the tasks at hand.

Congratulations to Deb Dodson for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of January 2022! We admire your hard work and commitment to Right at Home and your clients. 

Deb is a CNA and has been working with Right at Home since August of 2018. That’s almost 5 years of commitment to the clients instead of retirement. Since Deb’s hire with Right at Home, she has been dedicated to working all the weekends and in January she worked 29 out of 31 days. She never calls out and if needs days off, she gives the office weeks of notice.

Deb is always available and helps to backfill shifts where aides had called off with little or no notice. She can work with any type of clients and studies care plan carefully. She is there for her clients in the worst snowstorms to make sure they are not alone or without service.

After speaking with Deb’s clients, they have all spoken very highly of her quality of work, her compassion for their care, and her generosity. She truly goes out of her way daily to service her clients, making sure they get the best care possible and meet the needs of their care plans.

Congratulations to Grace Kariru for earning Right at Home’s Caregiver of the Month for the month of December 2021!

Grace has been employed with Right at Home for a short time but has shown exemplary integrity and care with clients. She had worked part time
with various clients until December when she went into a private home to live with and care for a Covid positive client for 15 days. This truly shows Grace’s dedication to healthcare filed, clients, and Right at Home. She made sure our client with Covid symptoms did not go without service and recovered in her 5-star care.

Grace is great in communicating with the office and completing care notes. She promptly responds to emails and calls and is willing to help anytime she is available.
