Monthly "Fill-ups"

Right at Home Lima has a unique culture and are very supportive of our caregivers, offering a monthly "fill-up" where we invite caregivers to come in for an education piece with food and beverage provided. We treat this like a support group and the caregivers are free to discuss any issues they may be encountering in their lives while enjoying a meal together.

At our March Fill-up, caregivers were invited into the office to enjoy subway sandwiches, chips and pop. The educational piece was about coronavirus and hand washing. To add a bit more fun, we played a game and gave away a prize: a bath and body lotion/body spray set. We also gave a bottle of hand sanitizer to each caregiver.

We value our Right at Home caregivers and feel it's important they have opportunities for growth on a trusted and respected team.
