Heather is such an amazing employee ! Heather is a very selfless person and is willing to help anyone out, she often times even put others needs before her own. When Heather walks into a room she brightens the room with her contagious smile and laugh. We are so happy to have Heather on our team !

2019 November Caregiver of the Month

Karen is a retired school teacher. She has worked with Right at Home of Lima for 3 years. Karen loves animals, and has previously sat on the board as a board member, and a volunteer for the local humane society. Karen's clients tell us that she always walks in with a positive attitude, completes all assigned tasks, and always asks if there is anything else she can do. Karen also helps the clients with caring for their pets. We are very thankful and appreciative of Karen!

2019 August Caregiver of the Month

Jenelle has been with Right at Home for 1 year. Jenelle works with both elderly and disable adults. Jenelle has received medication certification, and is able to pass medications to her disabled clients. Jenelle has also successfully completed CPR and First Aid training with Right at Home. Jenelle is a very caring person. Outside her job, she helps care for her friends 3 year old son. Jenelle is a great role model to her friends young son. Jenelle always has a positive attitude when working with her clients, and in our office. She is a fantastic TEAM player, and will help out co-workers anytime that she can. We are very happy to have Jenelle as part of our Right at Home family.

2019 July Caregiver of the Month

Deb is absolutely amazing. She is as dependable as they come. Deb is always willing to pick up shifts for her client, no matter how busy her life can get at home. Deb sings to her client, plays music, reads books, paints her client's fingernails, takes her for walks on warm days, and many other fun things. Deb deeply cares about her client and her client's family. She will go above and beyond each and every day!

2019 June Caregiver of the Month

Prize Patrol — We ambushed our caregiver Wyatt George at his client’s home today. We announced Wyatt as our Caregiver of the Month of June. Wyatt was surprised with balloons, 2 pizzas, pop, a Caregiver of the Month certificate and an American Express gift card! We also posted a live video on Facebook! It was fun. Wyatt is new to working in the caregiving field but he is a quick learner, compassionate, dependable, and so much more! We appreciate all that he does for our clients!

Ashley is dedicated to quality and makes sure that she gets the job done correctly. Ashley is also a good leader to her co-workers. She shares her knowledge and experiences in the field of caregiving with new peers. Keep up the great work Ashley!

Jody is caring and hard working. Jody takes a lot of pride in making sure her client's needs are met. Our clients and their families highly recommend Jody to others. Jody is always willing to pitch in and pick up shifts on her days off. Her co-workers respect her and enjoy working with her. Jody is a valuable asset to our company, and we tell her often just how much we appreciate and value her.

2018 July Caregiver of the Month

Britt Couch has only been with our agency for a short while but she has been a ROCKSTAR! Britt is originally from Huntington Indiana and less than a year ago moved to Delphos Ohio. Britt has a lot of experience working with elderly and clients with disabilities.

Britt is a music junky and loves all kinds of music, she loves to go out and have fun with her friends and dance. She loves to spend time with her family and she enjoys reading in her spare time. Britt recently became engaged and is on track to marry her fiancé in June 2020.

Tracy has been with our agency for a short period of time but she has shown us how wonderful she is . Tracy is a Alger, Ohio Native and currently lives there with her daughter and grandchildren. Tracy is a House Supervisor for a individual who is disabled, She has built a great bond between her client and staff and shows great leadership skills at all times. She has proven to us how dependable she is . Thank you Tracy for being you !

2018 June Caregiver of the Month

Briana has only been with our agency for a few months but has shown tremendous growth ! Briana is a new mother to a beautiful baby girl and enjoys spending time with her daughter and her family. Briana currently is going to college to further her education to become a Registered Nurse. Briana has shown us how much her client means to her by providing the Right Care , she has built a wonderful bond with her client and she always showing us how much of a team player she is when we need a little extra help.

2018 May Caregiver of the Month

Karl has shown many great qualities that we look for when we hire new caregivers. He is dependable, honest and compassionate for helping clients build independence. Karl goes above and beyond what is asked of him for every client no matter how big or little the challenge may be. We can always count on Karl when we are pinch no matter how many hours or distance. Karl enjoys traveling to his home state in Kentucky to visit his family and friends , he also loves to help his clients become more involved in their community.

2018 January Caregiver of the Month

Peggy has been with us for little over 5 months and it has truly been a pleasure working with her. Peggy is a very dependable and loving. Her clients just love her she is always is willing to help others in crunch. While Peggy has been with us she has passed her Medication Certification in November which she worked very hard at a scored great ! She is the ideal caregiver that we look for when hiring new staff.

In Peggy's spare time she likes to spend time with her children on the weekends she isn't working. She also likes to travel , cook, and she LOVES to work .

2017 December Caregiver of the Month

Rachelle has been a team player from the very first day she started with Right at Home, She is always helpful when she can. She is well liked by many of our clients and Rachelle is highly requested and we always hear wonderful things that she does with her clients. Rachelle is always smiling and always has a positive attitude.

Rachelle LOVES to eat her favorite food is Mexican. She enjoys spending time with her family and her boyfriend when she isn't working she also loves to take spontaneous trips with her best friend and just enjoying life. Rachelle is the definition of Right Care.

2017 November Caregiver of the Month

Marcy is such a big hearted person who is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Marcy is such a great employee I can count on her if there is a shift needed to be picked up. Marcy has been in this field for over 5 years and absolutely loves to help people and is very passionate about providing the Right Care!

Marcy enjoys all outdoor activities her favorite is to go canoeing with her better half. She likes to enjoy time with her children and grandchildren and simply relaxing and watch movies when she has time. Thank you Marcy for being you!

2017 October Caregiver of the Month

Jonny has shown many great qualities that we look for when we hire new caregivers. He is dependable, honest and compassionate. Jonny goes above and beyond what is asked of him for every client. Recently Johnny attended the Medication Class and scored higher than many others that took the class with other companies. We can always count on Jonny when we are pinch no matter how many hours or distance.

Jonny enjoys traveling all over the country, he loves to be outdoors and to use his Grill Master skills on the weekends and enjoys watching football on Sundays.

Erin is a very compassionate caregiver who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are being taken care of. Since the start of her employment she has been extremely helpful to our administrative staff, and to her fellow co-workers.

Erin recently went through medication administration training and obtained her medication administration certification so that she can administer medications to our clients that need this type of assistance. Congratulations on your certification Erin!

2017 July Caregiver of the Month

Amanda is very compassionate and reliable. She is a great team player and always willing to help out her co-workers. She loves to treat her clients to ice cream. She enjoys getting her clients out of their home and doing things that her clients enjoy. Amanda truly cares about her clients. If her client is ill or in the hospital, she calls everyday to check in on them.

Amanda is a one in a million caregiver, and we are so happy that she is a part of our team at Right at Home!

2017 June Caregiver of the Month

Shawna's clients LOVE her. They tell me that they cannot live without her, and that they look forward to the days that she comes to take care of them. She connects with our clients on a much deeper level than just caregiving. She reads devotion to her clients, curls hair, paints nails, gives foot massages, and so much more, the list goes on and on.

I would clone her if I could. Shawna is also always willing to help pick up shifts, anytime, and any day, she is there when needed. She is highly motivated and always asking clients "what more can I do to help you?". She goes above and beyond, every day!

Nicole is an amazing caregiver. Nicole highly values our clients and takes the extra steps to bring comfort and independence to each she cares for. She treats her clients like family. She is a great team player, always picking up additional shifts when co-workers are ill or on vacation. She is highly reliable.

Nicole never asks for anything in return, she does what is asked of her, and she never complains or expects anything in return. We LOVE her!
