Santa Visits Right at Home Lima Team Bringing Lots of Cheer and Gifts

2018 Right at Home Lima Holiday Party Fun

Right at Home Lima had our annual Christmas party at the Golden Corral this year. Caregivers that had worked with us for 3 months or more received a bonus check. The bonus amount was based on hours worked.

Every caregiver received a black "Right at Home" hoodie (hoodies were the CG's requested jacket this year) and we did a drawing for large gifts, and then gave out lots of smaller gifts. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed a hot meal and dessert together!

Our Big Giveaways Were:

• Two tv's
• Two laptops
• Irobot vacuum
• Ninja mixer
• Cell phone, and many other prizes.

Those that did not have their name drawn for a prize from the random drawing, received a $25 Walmart or American Express gift card.

Above and Beyond Awards

That evening we recognized 3 caregivers for going above and beyond consistently with one very difficult client we have.  Amy Ladden, Jenelle McKenzie, and Diana Schroeder

Those caregivers were recognized for staying past their scheduled shifts (on several occasions) to get their client off to work. The recognized caregivers received a "Right at Home" bag and travel mug.

Caregiver of the Year Award

Dallas Branham was recognized as our Caregiver of the Year. Dallas was presented with a very nice trophy, engraved with his name and a nice message.
