Homemaker/Personal Care
Right at Home offers services that entail bathing, dressing, restroom and mobility assistance, meal preparation, and light house cleaning. Our fully trained caregivers are uniquely selected to meet the needs of each individual. We are also excited to help clients who are interested in increasing independence through implementation of specific skill development goals that meet their needs.
Transportation Services
Transportation can be a challenge when a loved one has disabilities. Right at Home is committed to removing those challenges and making it easier to go out into our community.
Our staff will transport individuals who are scheduled to work. We are also able to provide or arrange for accessible transportation to those who need it.
Personal Shopping Services
Right at Home caregivers are more than happy to assist in shopping {groceries, clothing, other items}. Our services provide companionship, transportation, money management assistance and mobility assistance.
Community Outings
Right at Home is committed to “Enhancing the Lives in the Communities We Serve”. In order for us to
realize our commitment, individuals we serve are encouraged to be a part of our community, not just live in it. We believe all individuals have a right to contribute and be engaged in our community. We work to provide opportunities for the individuals we serve to become engaged in what goes on outside of their home.
Our staff enjoys having the opportunity to assist individuals in going to parks, recreational activities, shopping destinations, festivals, movies, community gatherings or anything else that interests those we serve. We are excited to share ideas and opportunities for recreational activities and other forms of community engagement to any of the individuals we serve. Not only is community engagement beneficial to those we serve, it also is rewarding for our staff and enriches our community.
Concierge Services
In addition to services Right at Home Lima offers directly, we have a vetted list of service providers that are well-equipped to meet the following additional needs:
Delegated Nursing/Medical Care Coordination
Right at Home Lima staffs a Registered Nurse to assist individuals with booking their medical, psychological, and therapeutic appointments. When attending appointments, our caregivers obtain written instruction from the doctor and any follow-up information is passed on to our registered nurse for implementation.
Right at Home wishes as much comfort and convenience as possible for our clients, therefore, arrangements with our local pharmacies have been made to deliver all medication to our clients' homes.
Our caregivers are certified to administer medication including all oral and topical medication, as well as insulin testing, injections, and providing G-tube feedings as needed. Our registered nurses delegate all tasks and are available to assist caregivers 24 hours a day.
Behavioral Services
Right at Home's Quality Assurance Director trains all staff on behavior support plans and is available as a consultant to individuals needing assistance 24 hours a day. The Quality Assurance Director attends all meetings regarding the care, implementation and management of an Individuals behavior plan.
