Marietta College Job Fair
Right at Home Mid-Ohio Valley had the privilege of attending the Career Connect Job Fair on March 18th. Chrisy Heiss was there seeking out individuals who are interested in taking care of others and improving lives as a caregiver with Right at Home. She said, "It was impressive to see new upcoming professionals and hear about their goals." She indicated that most of them were seniors getting ready for their journey into college or looking for options for employment over the summer. There were a lot of students from Washington County Career Center who attended this event and spent the afternoon learning about local career choices.
Chrisy will have the privilege of speaking to the STNA classes at the Career Center and being involved on their Medical Advisory board starting in April, so this was a great introduction to meet some of their students and staff. She was able to network with several local businesses some that help bring employment to the area or other Healthcare industry leaders in the community. It was a great networking event, and we have some great candidates interested in working with Right at Home Mid-Ohio Valley. A big thank you goes out to the group at JFS with Ohio Means Jobs for hosting this event!
