 Moving Day San Francisco 2019

It was Moving Day in San Francisco! It was another beautiful day in the Bay area for the National Parkinson’s Foundation Annual event which helps spread awareness for Parkinson’s. The event was held at the Embarcadero Plaza in San Francisco. There were about 400 registered walkers, 43 teams and over $143K was raised in donations.

The plaza held various vendors and performers all in support for those living with Parkinson’s and their loved ones who care for them. From Rock Steady Boxing and a Dance Class with San Francisco Ballet School's Cecelia Beam and Pianist Jamie Narushchen to Mobility Tango and Chair Yoga, it wasn't just walking for the cause that was getting everyone moving. It was such a happy and fun-filled day and I was honored to be able to share it with my family.
