The feedback from client, family members, professionals and referral sources are always positive. We are honored to have her on our team.
Rachal B.
Rachal went above and beyond helping us onboard and care for a new client returning home from the hospital on hospice. From the beginning, Rachal was professional, calm and supportive. We couldn’t have done this without her. Rachal has a passion for helping people and it’s clear this is an innate quality of hers. This is what it means to be essential!

Krissy is compassionate, caring, outgoing, hard-working, dedicated, big-hearted, and a team-player. She steps into every situation with an open heart. Each client she works with provides positive feedback. She genuinely wants to make a difference in our client’s lives. She is a good listener and attentive to our client’s needs. When we asked Krissy, “What do you love about being a caregiver and providing care for others”, her response was, “I love seeing my clients smile when I walk in the door, it makes me happy to know I am able to provide a service for someone who needs a little extra help.” She consistently acts as our anchor caregiver when other caregivers are involved. She provides additional training and orientation without solicitation, she just wants to provide the right care for the client and family. Krissy has been unwavering during this time of the pandemic. She responds to all of our important communication, has completed her COVID 19 training, and offered to help anyone in need. She understands the meaning of Essential. We are honored to have her on our team.It is my pleasure to introduce Cheri-Ann Figueroa as our Employee of the month. Caregiving all started with her mom who thought she would be an amazing caregiver. She began her caregiving career by becoming a Volunteer for Kaiser in Riverside. She then went on to study nursing at Riverside Community College and from their began working in a nursing facility. The smile you see in this picture is the smile that is always on her face. Her smile, positive attitude and loving spirit is just infectious. She is constantly requested by clients and we are lucky to have her as an employee.
