McComb Interviewed by NBC About Reducing Senior Loneliness
Lisa McComb of Right at Home Milwaukee South and Right at Home Milwaukee North was recently featured on a news segment about preventing senior loneliness. During the interview on NBC WTMJ-TV Lisa and Right at Home client Doris Stacey, 94, spoke about how having a caregiver visit Doris was able to reduce her feelings of loneliness.
Lisa said that signs of loneliness can include sleeping too much, not sleeping enough, changes in your routine, and not eating as well as you used to. Doris and her caregiver are able to get Doris out of the house and interacting with others and as a result she has a better outlook.
