Meet Jon Bain, Owner Right at Home Milwaukee and Waukesha
Jon discusses how Right at Home Milwaukee and Waukesha's the caregiver/client matching process ensures your loved one gets the best care possible.
Jon is a lifelong Wisconsin resident and has lived in the Milwaukee area for over 20 years. Jon is also an active member of the Exchange Club, a national service organization with a focus on Americanism and the Prevention of Child Abuse. He is Past President of the West Suburban Exchange Club and also serves as a Director for the Exchange Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Charitable Foundation (the combined group effort of all the Milwaukee area Exchange Clubs).
“After years in an industry that served primarily business clients across the U.S., my focus now is to build a business that encompasses my desire to serve the local community. Right at Home is a great way for me to complement the volunteer work I am doing with children and their families by also serving the aging population and their families. I draw inspiration from my mother, whose small business passionately served the senior population with hair care services both in-home and at nursing homes for over 30 years, and my father who instilled in me the qualities of respect, leadership, community service and an entrepreneurial spirit.”
Jon takes an active role in the business. He participates in initial family meetings/assessments and is a frequent visitor with clients to say "hi" and to ensure client satisfaction.
