Our People
Right at Home offers in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults who want to continue to live independently. Right at Home directly employs all caregiving staff. Each caregiver is thoroughly screened, trained, bonded and insured prior to entering a client’s home. All ongoing care is monitored and supervised by the local office.
Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for the seniors and adults with disabilities we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey.

About The Majors
John and Juanita Major began Right at Home Chatham, NJ in March of 2003. Dealing with aging family members over the years was an inspiration for the Majors to start a business that assists both seniors and the community that they live in. Both John and Juanita are longtime residents of Chatham and Madison, NJ and have been highly involved in their community through different service organizations and youth organizations, as their children grew up in Chatham. John is a Vietnam Army Veteran and is proud to say that Right at Home is approved by the Department of Veteran Affairs to provide services to eligible Veterans.
About Jackie Major
Jackie Major, John and Juanita's daughter, is also proud to Co-own for Right at Home. Jackie is a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She has always had a passion for helping others and leading groups as a longtime Volunteer in Homeless shelters, mentor in youth organizations, sports teams, and human rights organizations.
Jackie attended Chatham schools and college at Saint Joseph's University where she received her B.S. in Sociology as well as a second degree in Fine Arts.
