Susan Malafronte
Owner of Right at Home New Haven County
The New Haven County office is locally owned and operated by Susan Malafronte. Susan has been a resident of the State of Connecticut all of her life. She graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Sacred Heart University. After a 25 year career in the investment consulting industry, specifically operations management, HR recruiting, staffing and training of employees, she had growing desire to transition into something that would be more personally rewarding.
Susan is a second generation home service provider as her family has been in the industry for over twenty years. Knowledge with the in-home service and assistance industry together with a strong desire to give back to others prompted her to found Right at Home in New Haven County. Today she applies her 25 years of experience of HR recruiting and staffing to selecting companions who are compassionate and dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we serve.
