Franchise Business Review Names Right at Home a Top Franchise for Veterans
Right at Home was identified by Franchise Business Review as one of only 100 franchise brands to be named a Top Franchise for Veterans in 2024.
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises semiannually in its Franchise Buyer’s Guides and throughout the year in industry reports highlighting research on the top franchises in specific sectors.
To identify the companies on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from over 2,500 franchise owners representing 385 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.
“Many franchises offer special incentives to veterans, but what really matters is what happens after they buy a franchise,” said Eric Stites, Founder and CEO of Franchise Business Review. “The companies on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans received the highest ratings from the veterans who own them, making them all excellent options for veterans looking to make the transition to business ownership.”
Franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
“We are incredibly honored to be named a Top Franchise for Veterans by Franchise Business Review,” said Jen Chaney, Corporate’s Vice President of Franchise Development. “At Right at Home, we deeply value the dedication and skills that veterans bring to our team. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to providing meaningful opportunities and support for those who have served our country. We look forward to continuing to empower veterans and help them thrive as Right at Home business owners.”
