Level 4 – Ambassador Award $20
This could be you!
All caregivers who meet the requirements of the team player award for the month are eligible to receive the Ambassador Award. The ambassador award will be given on a monthly basis to caregivers who represent Right at Home with outstanding service to their client based on client feedback that month. Clients and their families give feedback in client satisfaction studies that are conducted monthly by an independent survey company. Clients and their families also call or write to the office when they are so happy with their services and their caregiver that they want to make sure we know what a good job you are doing. You are an ambassador of Right at Home. This award is a $20 gift certificate.
Level 3 – Team Player Award $15

The Team Player Award recognizes caregivers who work as a team with the office staff and other caregivers to provide great customer service above and beyond their regular duties. The Team Player pitches in to help the team overcome obstacle and resolve problems. Recipients must also meet the criteria for the Attendance Award and for the Compliance Award for that month.

The Compliance Award recognizes caregivers who report their daily care tasks, mileage (if applicable), incidences (if applicable), changes in client condition (if applicable), sleep and break times (live-ins only) as required by company policy. Compliant caregivers are also up-to-date with all required documents and trainings. Recipients must also meet the criteria for the Attendance Award for that month.

The Attendance Award recognizes caregivers who show up on time for all scheduled shifts, have no call offs, and provide the required 2 weeks’ notice in writing to request time off. Recipients must also clock in/out from the client’s home phone or through www.clearcareline.com for every shift.
