Mark Hanf | Owner, Recruiter and Intake
Mark is one of our owners. He has now worked day to day with our Right at Home office since 2019. He previously worked as a senior level executive in the print marketing and communications industry. Outside of his ownership role he is the primary contact for would be new clients. His other primary responsibility is doing all the Caregiver recruiting and hiring. As well, he works day to day with Tristean and the Lead Caregiving group providing direction and support.
Ashley Hanf | Owner and Client Care Coordinator
Ashley is one of our owners. She and her parents, Mark and Linda, purchased this Right at Home office in February of 2015. She has filled many roles during that time. Over the last few years, she has worked as our Client Care Coordinator. In this role she works hand in hand with new clients and the office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and start up of new clients. As well, Ashley works with our marketing resources and stays involved in the community working with networking groups and other local companies that assist the elderly.
Linda Hanf | Owner and Billing & Payroll
Linda is one of our owners. She has been with the office since the Hanf family purchased the office in February of 2015. She has filled numerous roles during that time. Today, her primary role is taking care of our accounts payable and receivable. She is also our primary payroll administrator.
Tristean McElwain | Staffing Coordinator
Tristean has been with Right at Home since 2021. She worked as a Caregiver in the field for her first year and a half, spent 6 months as a Lead Caregiver and has since been working as our primary Scheduler and Staffing Coordinator. Being in charge of staffing and scheduling she is the day-to-day primary contact for both our Caregivers and our clients. All client communications regarding changes or updates to day-to-day care, care plans or any client needs should move through Tristean.
Brian Willbond | Sales & Marketing Manager
Brian has been with Right at Home as our Sales and Marketing Manager since 2018. Brian works diligently to build relationships with other professionals who serve the elderly. His efforts work to connect Right at Home as a resource for people in need weather they are discharging from the hospital or just needing a little extra help around the house. Brian’s connections also help us provide our clients will other resources and tools they might need to stay home or transition to other levels of care as needed.
