Our Mission
Put simply, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Of course, we recognize that everyone’s idea of “quality of life” is different, which is why it’s so important to us to make you an active part of your own care plan. Quentas and Felicia Jones, Owners
Right at Home Northwest Fort Worth
Quentas and Felicia Jones are the owners of the local Right at Home office serving the Northwest Fort Worth area. Both Quentas and Felicia have extensive experience in the customer service field in which they were charged daily with assisting a diverse group of clients with their needs, questions and concerns.
Felicia's educational background consists of a bachelor's degree in Multi-disciplinary Studies.
Quentas has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. He also has experience as an intern councilor in which he assisted with discharge planning as well as group and individual counseling for young and senior adults.
Both Quentas and Felicia have a desire to give back to their community while making a difference in the lives of people they encounter.
Our Philanthropy
Globally, an estimated 70 million people with disabilities have no access to a wheelchair. Those who cannot walk must crawl or be carried to their destination. In collaboration with a network of like-minded partners, Free Wheelchair Mission has distributed more than 1 million wheelchairs to people with disabilities in 93 developing countries around the world, providing renewed dignity, independence and hope through the gift of mobility, at no cost to the recipient.
As an organization, Right at Home's work with Free Wheelchair Mission began in 2016 as the company looked for a partner that would help us further our mission of improving lives worldwide. To date, the Right at Home team's efforts have raised more than $400,000 that has funded over 5,000 wheelchairs, which were distributed through life-changing Vision Trips to Vietnam, Ecuador and Costa Rica.
