She came to us for a Caregiver position in July of 2018. While working as a caregiver we were able to see her kind heart, her willingness to help others and the enjoyment she received from taking care of people. Joanna was brought into the office to assist with scheduling, working with new applicants to get them on board, and assisting the Office Manager when needed. She has been a wonderful addition to our team.
Leanna Weathers, Schedule Coordinator
Leanna currently holds a MA certificate. She is the Mother of 3 rambunctious boys and loves being able to help others. Leanna worked as a caregiver for 5 years prior to joining Right at Home. She was also a Medical Assistant in a local Physician's office and a local Pediatric Clinic. Initially, Leanna was hired for a caregiver where she provided wonderful care to her clients, lending a caring, attentive ear to the stories that she loves to hear clients tell. In fact, it was her amazing customer service abilities that convinced us that she would be a wonderful addition to our Office Staff. Her job duties include scheduling, after hours on call, assisting with interviewing new caregivers, helping with client intakes and assisting our Office Manager when needed. She loves to go meet new clients because she says it helps her in developing the clients care and schedule with the perfect caregiver that would be a wonderful fit for the client.
