For over 20 years, Lisa has worked with leading healthcare systems. She has experience in sales, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted livings, and home care. Lisa is also passionate about educating students in collegiate settings on the rewards of the healthcare industry. She carries that passion to our own office as she manages the day-to-day operations and ensures clients have peace of mind knowing they are receiving the gold standard of home care.

Jennie Weer | Marketing & Community Relations

Jennie has been with Right at Home since 2017. Since starting as a caregiver, she became a Scheduling Coordinator, Scheduling Manager, and is now enjoying her role getting to know people in the community and connecting them to in-home care. In her spare time, she likes to garden, cook, play piano, and spend time with her family.

William Turner | Finance Associate & HR Recruiter

As a Finance Associate, Will handles client satisfaction efficiently in directly processing billing, bookkeeping, and managing accounts receivable. Will is also involved with actively recruiting amazing caregivers to join our RAH team. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, reading, and scuba diving!

Sha’Sha Brooks | Human Resources Manager

With 13 years of medical experience, Sha’Sha came to Right at Home NWI with a diverse background in hospice, home care, independent living facilities, hospitals, and assisted living communities. She graduated from Alabama State University with Human Resource Management Degree. She gets satisfaction from knowing she is able to keep families comfortable and safe while supporting them with compassion and empathy. As a Human Resource Manager, Sha’Sha makes sure to hire the best caregivers to care for our clients. Outside of work, Sha’Sha spends time with her family and friends, likes crafting, and is active as an advocated for women who experienced domestic violence relationships.

Kashell Roscoe-Ford | Care Coordination Manager

Kashell has over 15 years of Caregiving experience and graduated as a Certified Medical Asst. Before joining the Right at Home NWI team, she received an AA in Christian Ministry. Kashell has advanced her way from Caregiver to Administrator over years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Kashell prides herself in her current role knowing that the clients have had a positive life experience because of her direct assistance and knowledge of the company policies and procedures. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, attending church events, and serving in the community.

Elisa Zuniga | Care Coordinator

Elisa is a certified nursing assistant, a medical assistant, and a current Nursing student. Elisa has gained experience working as a home health aide in client’s homes as well as working as a nurse’s assistant in a nonprofit facility that served individuals with all levels of cares. Now, in her role at RAH, she is providing hands on skills training to caregivers. She also conducts comprehensive in-home assessments with client’s and caregivers ensuring we stay up to date with all our client’s needs. Outside of the office, Elisa enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Sharell Oliver | Care Coordinator

Sharell comes to Right at Home with an extensive background in scheduling and administrative work in home care agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors offices. She is also a CNA, phlebotomist, and former caregiver. Sharell oversees the day to day scheduling and matches clients with their caregivers to make sure it is a perfect match. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and going on road trips.
