Please join us in congratulating our March 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Lovetta Hampton!

Lovetta joined our team in late 2020 and has been a phenomenal addition! Lovetta has really made a name for herself by being the first caregiver for several brand-new clients! She impresses her clients and their loved ones with her enthusiasm and dedication to providing the gold standard of care. Lovetta has welcomed many of our newest clients with eagerness and a genuine compassion for caregiving.

Lovetta, thank you for being a wonderful caregiver and for providing fantastic care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Lovetta will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our March 2021 Team Player of the Month, Ernestina Nelson! Ernestina has been with Right at Home for several years and is our go-to caregiver for last minute coverage on heavy personal care cases. She always helps us out in a pinch when we are struggling, even re-arranging her schedule with her other job to accommodate our clients. Ernestina especially stood out this month because she was filling in on a live-in case! While Ernestina usually covers overnights, she made arrangements to spend several days with a live-in client with almost no notice! Ernestina is attentive, on time, and stays in touch with the office whenever she is available to cover shifts.

Ernestina, thank you for providing outstanding care!

As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Ernestina will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our March 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients.
