Announcing January 2021's ...

Please join us in congratulating our January 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Jasmine Beckles!

Jasmine worked nearly every day this month with a few different clients! Special recognition for Jasmine being the primary caregiver for a client who started with Right at Home in October. This client requires transferring assistance, a special diet, and transportation to many doctors’ appointments. Jasmine is able to encourage exercises on each shift and helped her client lose over 70 pounds since starting with her! She knows her work is not done, as she is keeping her client on track to become healthier and improving her quality of life!

Like all great caregivers, Jasmine requests time off with 2 weeks’ notice, updates the office on her client’s changes in conditions, and makes sure she clocks in and out on time. Jasmine, thank you for providing fantastic care to your client!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Jasmine will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our January 2021 Team Player of Month, Elaine Stolarick! Not only did Elaine stand out as a live-in caregiver this month, but she also covered several emergency shifts! Elaine is known for working longer hours and consistently providing the best care for her clients. In January alone, Elaine covered three shifts for clients with severe dementia and was able to safely supervise their daily activities, as well as make sure they were maintaining their independence. Elaine is our go-to caregiver for call -offs and is always willing to pick up shifts, emergency or not!

Elaine stops in the office regularly to pick up PPE supplies, care notes, and update the office on her availability. Elaine, thank you for providing terrific care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Elaine will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our January 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Our monthly All-Stars added to each of their client’s quality of life during the month of January.
