Please join us in congratulating our December 2020 Caregiver of the Month, Shamasia Jones!

Shamasia has been with the same client since joining the Right at Home team earlier this year. She was her client’s sole caregiver and her client’s family frequently praises Shamasia’s ability to get along with their mom. This is especially high praise because her client’s dementia has been progressing and Shamasia has been able to continue to provide the gold standard of care. Keeping continuity of care is always top priority, especially for clients with dementia. Because Shamasia is always willing to go the extra mile and help whenever she can, her client greatly benefited by not having to be introduced to a large team of caregivers. Shamasia stays positive and always looks at the bright side of situations. Shamasia strives to make her client’s happiness her priority and we could not be more thankful to have her on our team. For Christmas, Shamasia dressed up in her holiday gear, including a hat and reindeer antlers to put a smile on her client’s face!

Shamasia, we appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you to you for providing amazing care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Shamasia will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our December 2020 Team Player of Month, Karen Claypool! Karen impresses each client she meets and has been outstanding this month! Karen’s regular client recently needed some extra assistance and Karen made sure she was there for him. She worked nearly every day for her client this month! Karen continues to provide the best care that she can, including transporting her client to his doctor appointments, making nutritious meals, and ensuring he has a sanitary and safe environment.

Karen frequently calls the office with any changes to her client’s condition and drops off care notes on a consistent and timely basis. Karen, thank you for providing terrific care!

As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Karen will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our December 2020 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Our monthly All-Stars added to each of their client’s quality of life during the month of December.
