Please join us in congratulating our February 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Jay Day!

Jay is a valuable asset to Right at Home and is off to a wonderful start! Her primary client has severe dementia and Jay has been able to care for her safely and efficiently. Her client’s husband said that Jay is caring, friendly and makes sure all her tasks are complete before leaving. Not only has she increased her client’s physical health through exercises, but also practices cognitive exercises to improve her memory. Her client’s family is incredibly grateful for Jay as are we! Jay picks up shifts whenever she can and has a positive attitude.

Jay, thank you for being an outstanding caregiver and for providing incredible care! As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Jay will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our February 2021 Team Player of Month, Roland Rakotondramanana! Roland should be a familiar name, as he has been a frequent monthly All-Star! Roland receives great feedback from his clients and makes sure he arrives to every shift on time. He keeps his schedule open, often works emergency shifts, and provides transportation for his clients when they need to run errands or go to doctor’s appointments. Roland is also an overnight caregiver. He makes sure to stay awake and assist his client when he wakes up through-out the night. His client’s family has been so comfortable with Roland that they often ask him to come for additional shifts because their dad gets along so well with him. Roland consistently calls the office with any changes to his client’s condition and drops off care notes on a timely basis.

Roland, thank you for providing excellent care! As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Roland will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition

We would also like to congratulate our February 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Our monthly All-Stars added to each of their client’s quality of life during the month of January.
