Announcing April 2021's ...

Please join us in congratulating our April 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Marisa Boone!

Marisa joined our team at the beginning of this year and has worked almost every day since starting! Marisa’s primary clients require personal care and safety supervision. Marisa has proven just how reliable of a caregiver she is because one of her clients has the earliest start time on our entire schedule 4 days a week! She is always on time to her shifts if not early, and stays in excellent communication with the office. Her clients and their families greatly appreciate Marisa, describing her as a nice, compassionate caregiver!

Like all great caregivers, Marisa covers shifts when she is available to do so outside of her regular schedule. She also makes sure to respond quickly to the office when we call or message her.

Marisa, thank you for providing amazing care to your clients!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Marisa will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our April 2021 Team Player of the Month, Tyresha Hatter! Tyresha has been a phenomenal caregiver and stood out the entire month of April. Not only does she care for several different clients, she has also helped other caregivers improve their skills by providing training to them during shifts! One of her client’s daughters said she was impressed with how compassionate and hardworking she is! She shared that she listened as Tyresha trained another caregiver on her client’s transfers and care routine. She said she noticed how in-depth Tyresha was in her explanation and hands on training. She said, “Tyresha got right to work when she got here and she does so great with mom.” We are so proud of Tyresha and lucky to have her on our team!

Tyresha picks up as many shifts as she can and always stays in touch with the office in a timely manner.

Tyresha, thank you for providing great care! As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Tyresha will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our April 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients.
