Please join us in congratulating our July 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Sabrina Dennie! Sabrina has been a wonderful caregiver since starting in January of 2020. For the last several months, Sabrina cared for a man who needed safety supervision, companion care, and fall prevention. She enjoyed spending her mornings with him until he sadly passed away this month. We know she provided the best care she could for him, and his family let us know how much they appreciated her help as well. Sabrina really stood out this month because she did not stop picking up shifts! As if that was not enough, Sabrina still provided care to her regular 3 clients each week. Sabrina always picks up emergency shifts and stays in excellent communication with the office. You truly are a special caregiver!

Thank you for being a fantastic caregiver and for providing incredible care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Sabrina will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our July 2021 Team Player of the Month, Elaine Stolarick! This is not Elaine’s first recognition as an outstanding caregiver, and we know it won’t be her last. Elaine joined our team in March 2020 and has been with several different clients since. Elaine became a live-in caregiver for a client who suffered from a stroke. She has been his consistent caregiver since October of last year. She also regularly provides care for a client who suffers from Parkinson’s. Elaine has been praised on her transferring assistance and the way she encourages clients to stay as independent as possible. Recently Elaine was asked to spend extra time with her live-in client while the scheduling team worked to find another great fit for him. Without hesitation, Elaine stayed over as many days as the office needed and even changed her personal schedule to ensure the best care and continuity for her client.

Elaine, thank you for delivering outstanding care!

As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Elaine will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our July 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Our monthly All-Stars added to each of their client’s quality of life during the month of July.
