Announcing June 2021's ...

Please join us in congratulating our June 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Shahid Grace! You know that person who you call whenever you are in a pinch, and they help you no matter what? Shahid is that person for us! He has helped countless times on short notice ever since starting with us in December of 2020. Not only does Shahid regularly pick up emergency shifts each week, but he also changed his regular schedule of daytime hours to full time overnight shifts for one of his regular clients. Overnight shifts are very important as they require caregivers to be alert and awake to tend to their clients’ needs. Most overnight shifts are 12 hours long. Shahid has received excellent feedback from all of his clients and the client who he changed his schedule to overnights for could not express how thankful they are to have him there.

Shahid, thank you for being a fantastic caregiver and for providing remarkable care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Shahid will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have his name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our June 2021 Team Player of the Month, Lesia Salo! A very talented and hardworking caregiver, Lesia’ is a great asset to the team. In June she provided care for seven different clients! Some of those included her regular clients, while others were emergency shifts that she happily covered. Her clients range from heavy personal care that require transfer assistance, to others in need of companion care and safety supervision.

Lesia, thank you for providing exceptional care!

As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Lesia will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our June 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Our monthly All-Stars added to each of their client’s quality of life during the month of June.
