Announcing May 2021's ...

Please join us in congratulating our May 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Shawnel Smith! Shawnel cared for TEN different clients! She was able to assist with a variety of needs and delivered impeccable companion care, personal care, couples care, and more. In addition to caring for many different clients this month, 3 of those 10 were an emergency shifts. Meaning the shift started in less than 4 hours and Shawnel was able to arrive on time to each of them! One of her client’s daughter’s described Shawnel as caring, detail oriented, passionate and professional. We are so grateful to have Shawnel on our team!

Shawnel, thank you for being a wonderful caregiver and for providing amazing care!

As a reward for earning Caregiver of the Month, Shawnel will receive a $200 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

Please join us in congratulating our May 2021 Team Player of the Month, Amanda Zaha! While Amanda recently joined our team, she has stood out as a very caring and dedicated caregiver! She is known for covering 12-hour shifts, and does so multiple days in a row if needed. With her extensive skillset and knowledge, Amanda has helped a variety of different clients with needs including couples care, dementia care, safety supervision, and transferring assistance. She adapts perfectly to each client and is always complimented from clients and their families. It’s not uncommon for a family or client to request to have Amanda back all the time.

Amanda, thank you for providing outstanding care!

As a reward for earning Team Player of the Month, Amanda will receive a $150 bonus, be given Right at Home apparel and receive company-wide recognition.

We would also like to congratulate our April 2021 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $50 bonus and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients.
