Santa Claus is coming to town!
Christmas came a little early this year for the Right at Home Northwest team when we welcomed a special visitor into our office.Our community partner, Eden Home Health, helped spread a little holiday cheer to our caregivers and office staff by giving them an opportunity to take pictures with Santa Claus at our Bellingham office location.C ookies, hot cocoa, and candy canes were enjoyed by all!
When caring for our seniors, it takes a village, and we are very thankful for our community partners. Eden Home Health provides Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Wound Care, and other medical services throughout Whatcom, Skagit, and Island counties that compliment Right at Home's non-medical services. We appreciate the opportunity to work together to help the seniors in our community receive high quality care in their homes!
The Lights of Christmas - A perfect reward for perfect attendance
Working as a caregiver is often a difficult job that requires long hours and time spent away from family. In 2023, we had 16 amazing caregivers who achieved a perfect attendance record throughout the entire year!
Sending special recognition out to Randy, Leon, Akiko, Tanya, Steven, Stina, Emily, Dessa, Laura, Rachel, Kathy, Tamme, Wendy, Alisa, Maria, and Sela!
As a thank-you for their dependability, each of these individuals were gifted tickets to spend some quality time with their own families experiencing 'The Lights of Christmas' in Stanwood, WA. The event is a one-of-a-kind experience where families can enjoy a drive-through Christmas Wonderland as they explore the displays and exhibits that the Warm Beach community has arranged.T he event is open to the public each weekend between Thanksgiving and New Years.
