That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey. These are the people who work to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in home care.

DJ and Olivia Busenbark, Owners

The Busenbarks grew up in Denver, were high school sweethearts who married early and started a family of their own. Olivia received her bachelor’s degree and eventually earned her Certified Nursing Assistance certification. She took pride in being a dedicated mother to their three children and a volunteer, helping out at her children’s school as well as the local hospice. Through her volunteer efforts with hospice, Olivia took on responsibilities that dealt with fundraising and finally patient care. Her passion for senior care grew from there.

DJ’s ambitions to provide for his family led him to sales manager positions at different car dealerships throughout Denver. Through these experiences, he learned how to manage a team and work with a large organization.

With the desire to move to a warmer climate and find a place that would be a fit for their family,  DJ and Olivia fell in love with the Honolulu area. 

The Busenbarks also dreamed of starting their own business. Combined with DJ's business experience and Olivia passion for senior care, this dream led them to Right at Home. They are thrilled to bring an organization focused on caring for others to their new hometown.
