Right at Home Pearl City Recognized for Client Satisfaction

Right at Home Pearl City was honored and proud to have received the 2019 Client Satisfaction Award for the West Region at the annual Right at Home conference in Dallas on April 2nd. This award recognizes the offices who provide exemplary service to their clients and is based on an average of scores calculated from client reviews conducted by Home Care Pulse. 

"We're humbled and appreciative to know our staff are who they are and truly appreciate our island's Kupuna and their families recognition. That being said, we always strive to do our best for those we are caring for." stated Operations Manager, Rick Tabor.

The staff of the office and caregivers are an integral part of ensuring that our clients needs are met. They were notified of the award in a thank you that was sincere and heartfelt.

We look forward to having our caregivers see it in person and celebrate with them at our upcoming all staff training on June 9th at our retreat. While there we'll be doing recertification for CPR and First Aid for that that need it. We will also be doing an Emergency Prep training. The CPR training is done by a retired HFD (Honolulu Fire Department), Fireman and the emergency training will be done by a HFD trainer. There will be a lunch social in-between the training sessions.
