Holly Holton
As Healthcare evolves and the senior population is rapidly growing, so is the need for in home services for those seniors. Through her work experience, Holly gained the understanding that seniors want to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Additionally, seniors thrive in their home environment. Holly wanted to transition from a career that focused on “helping patients get back to their home” to now focusing on “helping clients stay in their home”!
Holly values her caregivers as well as her clients. She knows that the caregivers are the key to her clients successfully aging in place. She wants to help teach them and afford them the opportunity to feel good about what they do, as well as have a positive impact on their own families. She aims to be an industry leader as an employer who values employees and elevates them to be the best they can be.
She knows her clinical experience in addition to her desire to deliver excellent services will let her achieve the Right At Home Mission: To improve the lives of those we serve.
