Right at Home in Compliance with Ohios New License Requirements

Pickerington, OH — As of Oct. 1, 2022, an Ohio law provides stricter requirements, including certain mandatory background checks and agency licensing, for all home care businesses. The law is designed to protect vulnerable clients by requiring proof of insurance for an agency, specific background checks, and screening of agency owners and home care aides.
