To the extent the GDPR applies to us as data controller, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in carrying out the processing purposes identified in our , except in relation to contacting you about special offers or promotional information (including requesting marketing-related feedback from you) where we rely on your consent. To the extent we collect any information regarded as sensitive or a special category of personal information through the Services (for example your responses to any care assessment questionnaire tool or through the comments box on our contact form), we rely on your explicit consent. Your provision of such information through the Services is entirely voluntary.

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy or Right at Home’s data retention policies unless a longer retention period is required by law.
