Our People
Here at Right at Home, we're dedicated to being much more than a franchise company. We are the navigator of what comes next for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for those we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve, and our dedicated local owners and their professional teams work tirelessly to care for clients. Though we make sure our franchises live and breathe our mission every day, we recognize that it starts with our corporate team.
These are the people who work behind the scenes to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.

Frank and Patricia Barton
Owners
Right at Home Salt Lake is locally owned and operated by Frank and Patricia Barton. They both grew up in Salt Lake City, where he graduated from Highland High School and she from Granite High School. They were married in 2005 and currently have two children.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Frank spent 14 years at Cintas, a Fortune 1000 company, where he served in various management positions in Canada, Salt Lake City, and California.
In 2006, Frank's mother Maggie was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Frank and his family did everything that they could to keep Maggie in her own home. However, there came a time when they were no longer able to do so. After finding the right facility for Maggie, Frank began to explore the idea of helping others during their own health care transitions.
Frank had always known that he wanted to own his own business and after his personal experience in providing care for his mother, in 2011, he opened Right at Home of Salt Lake. Frank's firsthand experience allows him to understand the needs of families as they deal with the challenges that come along with the aging process.
Frank became a Certified Senior Advisor in 2011. He is currently a member of the Home Care Association of America. He is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Utah Association of Home Care as well as the Utah Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Frank also volunteers at local senior centers, where he teaches iPad classes, and he is currently serving on the Accreditation Committees for both the Millcreek Senior Center and the Mt Olympus Senior Center.
