My name is Kayla McInerney, COO and Co-Owner for Right at Home in Sioux Falls, SD. I graduated from SDSU with a degree as a Registered Nurse. I spent most of my nursing career on the Mother-Baby unit in Boise, ID and Labor and Delivery unit at Avera McKennan. I have also been a Nursing Supervisor at Avera Behavioral Health where I assumed many HR related duties. Every job I have had has encompassed caring for people in some capacity and this career fits perfectly into that passion. My husband Sam and I live in Sioux Falls with our 4 children, Harper, Finn, Rae and Arthur along with our fur baby Murphy. In our spare time I enjoy traveling, golfing, skiing, reading and attending any event my children are a part of.

My name is Steve Nelson and I am the Marketing Director for Right at Home. I have over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, and have excelled in the Healthcare market, and won many sales awards throughout my career. I have brought dedication and positive results to the companies that I have worked for because I am passionate about product perception, marketing and business success.
My wife Melissa and I live in Sioux Falls, and enjoy spending time with our 5 children Maria, Nelson, Jordan, Maggie and Max. When we are not working we take pleasure in traveling, fishing, sporting events, exercising and enjoying the outdoors.

My name is Patty Larsen. I am a Chaplain with Right at Home. My previous work as a school counselor and hospital chaplain nurtured my passion for responding to the needs of the whole person. Life is a journey, and no one should feel alone as they make their way. I find it a great privilege to journey with and support others wherever they find themselves on the path of life. My own journey is shared with my husband Todd, our four children, their families, and many great friends. In my spare time I enjoy tending plants, tending souls, and tending grandchildren.

Hello! My name is Breonna and I am a RN case manager here at Right at Home. I am originally from Garretson, SD and still live there today! I am married and we have 2 kids, Olivia and Ryan and we are expecting our 3rd child in Jan 2024! We spend our free time outdoors fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, on the boat, hunting and snowmobiling. Excited for my new journey here at Right at Home and getting to know all our wonderful clients!

Hello, my name is Robyn Page, and I am the Director of Nursing for Right at Home. I graduated from USD with my bachelor’s in nursing and four years later obtained my master’s degree in nursing. I have been a nurse for eight years with an emphasis in general med-surg nursing in the hospital along with a focus on staff training, policies, and procedures at a skilled- nursing facility. I have also been a nursing instructor at The University of South Dakota for the past two years educating nursing students. My passion for caring for individuals and their families has transpired to educating the future nurses how to provide compassionate care to each client. Right at Home is the perfect fit for my love of keeping clients in their home, while best supporting their individualized healthcare needs. I have a daughter, Chandler, who is two years old, and she tends to keep my husband and I very busy! I enjoy reading, spending time at the lake, and anything that involves my family.

My name is Taylor Delker and I am the Scheduling Coordinator for Right at Home in Sioux Falls. I graduated from Mitchell Technical Institute with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting. I've worked in schools and private settings as both a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. I am passionate about helping people and Right at Home's mission aligns perfectly with my core values. I currently live in Dell Rapids with my fur baby Hazel. In my spare time, I like to read books, binge watch my favorite series and go on walks on the trails by the river.
