How We Earned the Gold Seal
Right at Home Skokie underwent a rigorous onsite survey in which compliance with home care standards reflecting key organization areas was evaluated, including the provision of care, treatment and services, emergency management, human resources, individual rights and responsibilities, and leadership. The accreditation process also provided Right at Home Skokie with education and guidance to help staff continue to improve its home care program's performance.
National Accreditation
Right at Home Skokie Owner Heather Lantry talks about being one of only a handful of home care offices to have Joint Commission Accreditation, why the highest quality standards are important to her and her care team, and how it all comes together to provide the best care for clients.
